- Explore the museums. Take the virtual tour or slide through the works available to you.
- Pick one particular work of art that stands out to you. Then:
- Identify different styles used for artwork, including non-traditional artistic styles
- Use the search engines on the Internet to research an artist
- Use your sketchbook to assemble a short biography and a collection of his work. Include inspirations and contemporaries of the artist(be creative:))
- Be ready to present to class this artist and artist's use of techniques in artwork and meaning behind the work. And how you will incorporate something from this artist in your style.
